My name is Ise from Chasanraku.
This time, we'll introduce "Chasanraku Tea Stand," the take-out corner located within Chasanraku.
While Chasanraku itself will celebrate its 10th anniversary this September, the tea stand opened in March 2021.
The tea stand started with making some of Chasanraku's most popular in-store menu items, such as the "Matcha Espuma Latte" and "Matcha Milk Shaved Ice," available for takeout.
Currently, in addition to seasonal limited-time products, we also offer take-out only items such as "Matcha Soda" and "Yuzu Sencha."
◆Introducing our classic summer menu
The product I'd like to particularly introduce this time is our "shaved ice menu."

We currently sell these two types.
The "Matcha Milk Shaved Ice" available for takeout uses almost the same ingredients as the "Matcha Milk Shaved Ice" served in our shop.
The biggest difference isn't just the size, but also the way the ice is shaved.
◆Difference from shaved ice sold in the store
Our shaved ice served in-store is designed to be fluffy and melt in your mouth, allowing you to enjoy it slowly. In contrast, our take-out shaved ice has a crunchy texture so that it doesn't melt easily outdoors and can be enjoyed to the very last bite.
The ingredients used are almost the same as those on our in-store menu, but the way the ice is shaved is different, allowing you to enjoy a unique flavor for each.
The tea stand is located to the left of the entrance to Chasanraku, as viewed from the outside.
