At Chasanraku, we use a system called Airwait to manage the queue for customers waiting in line. This time, we'd like to introduce some recommended ways to use Airwait for those visiting Chasanraku during peak season (July to September).

We will begin accepting registrations for the waiting list at 10:45.

Chasanraku's usual opening time is 11:30. However, during the busy season from July to September, we start accepting reservations for the waiting list from 10:45.

Therefore, what I recommend is,Please come to Chasanraku around 10:45 AM, register for the waiting list, and then return to the shop around 11:30 AM.is.

The time from 10:45 to 11:30 is approximately 45 minutes.

If you register with Airwait, you won't need to wait in front of the store. You can use the time before the store opens to enjoy a stroll around Arashiyama.

Togetsukyo Bridge

Togetsukyo Bridge is one of Arashiyama's most iconic scenic spots. It's highly recommended to take a stroll along the riverbank and take photos while enjoying the views of the Katsura River and Arashiyama.

The scenery of Togetsukyo Bridge changes depending on the season and time of day, so you can never tire of looking at it.

Randen Arashiyama StationKimono Forest

"Kimono Forest" is an art space located inside and around Arashiyama Station on the Randen Line, featuring poles adorned with Yuzen dyeing techniques. Taking commemorative photos with the colorful and cute poles is highly recommended.

There are restaurants and benches at Randen Arashiyama Station, so you can take a break when you're tired.

It's also fun to take a stroll down Arashiyama's main street lined with souvenir shops. You'll find that 45 minutes will fly by as you browse the shops and look for souvenirs.

However, please be careful not to get so engrossed in shopping that you lose track of time.

Even after opening hours, if we reach full capacity, we accept registrations for a waiting list using Airwait. However, in this case, it is difficult to tell you the exact time you will be seated, and after registering, you will need to wait while keeping an eye out for a call from the restaurant.

Many people are probably looking forward to this shaved ice during Silver Week. When it was unveiled at a special event at Hanshin Umeda Main Store, it sold out in just about 30 minutes after opening.

We have received many inquiries since we started offering it at Chasanraku. Depending on the availability of ingredients, we may run out of stock, but if you come around the time we open, you should be able to rest assured that we will have it in stock.

This shaved ice is rich and satisfying. (I would have it for lunch.) If you're coming specifically for the sesame and matcha shaved ice, make sure you have room in your stomach!
